Default Sovereignty Glass Hitman Collab Stem to Turbine

Was able to track this one down last week with the help of the good people at GFG and HPG. This is the new Sovereignty Glass Hitman Collab Stem to Turbine. I've been looking to purchase a SG mini-king for a few months now and I was hearing that one of the concerns with the piece is that it can be a little too airy at times:

I've never experienced a turbine before but thought this new innovation might add a little more chug to the hit. I hardly ever see SG collab with others on a scientific functional level, so I was especially intrigued by this design:

The piece comes with direct injection joints, some kinked, but mostly 90 degree. The specs are all the same expect for the joint and the logo outlays. I also ordered a traditional slide with a female joint:

Special thanks to GFG and HPG on this one. It's hard to find some of the newer innovations that are coming out when there is not a LHS that carries scientific glass, so it was nice that I could speak to someone about the piece, have pictures sent over..etc..HPG came highly recommended, did not disappoint, and where very knowledgeable overall:

From the video's I've seen out so far, it looks like they have the water levels too low. However the turbine functions when the water level is correct. I apologize in advance for the blabber, but thought it was cool Wiz owns a Hitman

That thing is a beast!
I'm glad to see one with the turbine working and spinning that water around.

What is a direct injection joint?

Dude...fuck Wiz Khalifa, that guy is annoying as shit. People should never hand rap stars a free bong. They just go to smoking joints again. He has no respect for them when they hand him a $700 piece. All he says is, "Is this mine? OK." No thank you.

Other than that, I've been waiting to see a hitman/king stem being used, and I knew Knicker would be the first on here. I'm pretty sure he was one of the first to post pics of the hitman/SG collabs. and just to clear up any confusion, I'm pretty sure pictures 1, 3 and 6 are knickers; and the rest are from a previous thread.

Fucking sick pick up man, those things are pretty epic. They combine two percs which I've always wanted to see together. I'm glad to see the turbine actually functions. When I did dry pulls from a regular turbine tube, I was a little disappointed. The King stemline seems like it has enough airflow to get bubbles stacking on top of the turbine, then the turbine can function.

It's just a male joint that the vapor dome sits on. It's mainly so you have less pieces to put together. The part of the bong he puts the slide and the dome on is the DI joint.

Yeah, these seem more directed towards flowers. Which I would not want a DI joint for. There were some with DI joints made, and some without. I'm sure they just figured, "let's just make everything."

Wiz just probably doesn't have experience with high end glass. Of course he doesn't appreciate it as much as we would, he's known for his love of joints. Wiz has really been influential in supporting legalization, so even though he doesn't love glass yet, he's promoting a movement.

And the dude is rolling 1/4 joints and taking them to the face. Gotta give him some respect

As a musician, I hate him. I hate most rap or r&b or anything that's made in a basement with protools. Most of them have no talent. There's nothing real being made besides their voice. They're eliminating other musicians needed to make the music, which I hate. There's not much anyone can do to change my mind about it, either.

Rappers don't usually make their own beats, although there are some who do(Kanye West, Dr Dre). There are all the elements of other genres of music, but it's true that rappers themselves are not always multi-talented. And to be honest, Wiz isn't a great lyricist. He just makes some good music to get fucked up to.

Wiz is awful, just like the city he comes from. I like rap/hip hop a lot but garbage club tunes belongs in clubs.

Out of all the major musicians, rappers, or entertainers on Wiz's level, he is at the forefront of supporting legalization and more specifically the glass game. You will never see a rapper on his level go on stage with a bong and rip it. Look up all the major stars that rap about smoking, it's hard to catch a picture of them online with a bong in their hand. With all the hype that Snoop gets, Wiz is really the one that's around the glass game. Look up Wiz and he's got an Illadelph, he's on stage with a mic in one hand, ripping a piece in the other:

Wiz keeps himself around the glass scene. He makes it a point to visit dispensaries, promotes them even and even helps to promote smoke shops. Out of all the major artists, he is the one that you could legitimately associate with the glass game. Other than that, he's constantly rapping about something that you are watching in the video, another plus. I'll admit his latest stuff that's becoming popular is a little off imo and more for the club, but when he keeps it on subject I think he's one of the best at what he does.

Some people seem to hate the music, but I think its pretty chill to smoke to. And honestly if we're going to hate on someone, why expend it on one of the few artists out there that is at the forefront of supporting a cause you believe deeply in, and even more importantly, he is in a large part normalizing an activity we hold very dear. I made this one before the Wiz backlash. It came out better with a closer view of the turbine action:

Here's one that I found with the Hitman Glass Torch Attached:
